The award-winning journalist is one of the main moderators of ZDF’s morning show and, since 2023, has also been part of the *heute journal* moderator team. While studying media and communication sciences at the German Sport University Cologne, she began her career as a sports presenter.

She has received numerous honors for her journalism and social engagement, including the Golden Camera (2016) and the Federal Cross of Merit (2018). Hayali is a passionate advocate against racism, hatred, and exclusion and, more than most, embodies integrity and open dialogue in public discourse.
