Born in Hamburg in 1975, Per Ledermann studied Business Administration and joined the family business in 2005, initially serving as CFO. He has been CEO since 2008. Since then, he has been driving the group’s strategic realignment, guided by the ambition of combining economic success with ecological responsibility and added social value.

A particular focus of his work lies in exploring how artificial intelligence and digitalization can be used responsibly to enable sustainable innovation, increase process transparency, and strengthen corporate resilience. In doing so, Ledermann combines openness to technology with clear ethical guardrails.
