Born in 1987 in Bietigheim-Bissingen, Sarna Röser studied International Business Administration. As the designated successor of Zementrohr- und Betonwerke Karl Röser & Sohn GmbH, founded in 1923, she represents the fourth generation of the family business. In addition, she is a member of the management board of Röser FAM GmbH & Co. KG, managing partner of MAVERIX GmbH, and co-shareholder of the investment company FAIR VC GmbH.
From 2018 to 2023, Sarna Röser served as the Federal Chair of the association “Die Jungen Unternehmer” (The Young Entrepreneurs). In this role, she publicly advocated for improved conditions for entrepreneurship, innovation, education, and long-term economic viability. She is also a member of various business and advisory boards.
Sarna Röser regularly appears as a speaker and discussion partner on topics such as business succession, SMEs, leadership, and economic transformation.
